What's the best experience you've ever had - online or in-store - when making a big technology purchase?

Coincidentally it was Best Buy. The day after Thanksgiving of last year I was able to take advantage of the sale without having to weight in a long line. I ordered an HDTV online for store pick up. Within minutes I got an email that it is ready. I went over there and picked it up.

Ha! I didn't even expect my suggestion to become a QotD. Cool!
Now, my answer -- I would try again something I've done a few years ago. I always wanted to be my own boss, and operate my own business. I would take my severance package (if any) and use it to start my own business. What kind of business ? Most likely technology consulting initially to raise capital and then slowly move towards full-time equities trading.
