We got a chance to use our AppleTV for a few days now and I have to say that it is quite an underrated little appliance. It does what it is supposed to do and does it well -- it syncs with the iTunes library on our family Mac and lets us play it through our TV and home theater system in the living room. That's it. No fussing around with a computer, no configuration needed. It is no more difficult to set up than an iPod. It just works.
The YouTube integration is great. It lets you log on to your YouTube account and control your favorites and stuff through your home theater system.
It is great and most importantly a lot less pain to use than our old Sony 400 disk DVD jukebox.
